Chadburns-Mollart PT produce and exceptional range of high quality precision single and double universal joints for the aircraft industry, with a history dating back to 1930.
 

The standard range of universal joints including the Chadburns-Mollart PT designed high angle ball joint are manufactured in high tensile steel or high strength aluminium with bore sizes ranging from 6mm to 42mm.

We will supply variations to the standard range of joints or manufacture joints to customers design or specification, an example being supplies to the Harrier/AV8B V/STOL aircraft.

Chadburns-Mollart PT also manufactures and assembles a wide range of TORQUE SHAFTS for applications in aerospace, defence and other high integrity requirement sectors. Chadburns-Mollart PT currently manufactures and assembles Torque Shafts up to 65mm diameter and 1.5M in length. TELESCOPIC shafts are also manufactured and can be incorporated in the Torque Shaft.

All products are quality controlled to AS9100 Revision B, ISO9001 UKAS and have ASCS accreditation. In addition, Chadburns-Mollart PT has been awarded individual approvals by many prime contractors in the aero-defence industry.
